This VIP package is great for any age or situation, but can be ideal for first time parents who seek help in understanding what a baby needs. This can be spread out in a timeline more appropriate for you, but commonly the package can assist when started prenatally or in the first few months. This way the learning and understanding phase begins when so much is about assuming or observing and your sleep knowledge will help create calm for parent and baby. Next the sleep plan is created in line with when you want to begin implementing independent sleep learning practice (also known as sleep training and recommended to wait until 4 months). This layout of scheduling allows you to feel less alone and fully supported through your child’s tricky transitions.
Alternatively this package is perfect for babies who are ready for sleep learning, and have some sleep associations formed (such as needing to be rocked or fed to sleep and it’s causing disturbance in their sleep). When the caretakers are trying to make a change and want to be on the same page to ensure consistency, this VIP package reaches the individual needs of each person caring for the child. Hands-on learning is a valuable tool for adults and children to better grasp a concept and be on board with new ideas.
Still not sure if this is the package for your family? Read the details of the package below, email any questions, or click the button to book a call and chat abut how we can reach your sleep goals soon.
What included in this package (other than the life-changing shift to confident, comfortable, and rested parenting):
Personalized Family Sleep Planning Session
Initial intake meeting in your home for analysis of your space and go through initial questions. This hour long session will include educational support and materials offered to use through the process. I check in with your needs and goals, your child’s temperament and behaviors, ask clarifiying questions to understand which approach to offer, and if possible, view a sleep session as it currently is. From there I create your customized sleep plan and return completed 15+ page document within 5-7 days.

In-home Session For Sleep Plan Processing
Next your sleep consultant comes to your home for a 90-minute training session and in-depth conversation. As baby sleep is a sensitive and individualized topic, this method of instruction allows everyone to fully understand and trust the process of sleep learning as well as ongoing quality of sleep, behaviors, and routines. I come with an outline of the plan as well as any physical materials for you to use during sleep learning (print outs, cheat sheets for other caretakers, soothing tools or communication/routine boards, and if applicable, any products to borrow such as sleep sacks, sound machines, carriers, or monitors).
Everything you need to know to be successful and sleep more!
Consultant can bring examples of products for you to use and practice new tools and techniques.
Learn how to swaddle, one-arm-out method, wrap carrier practice, sleep products to create ideal sleep environment, watch the 5 S’s method, observe or practice laying baby down Calm + Sleepy + Awake, listen together different cries or communications, and so much more!
Toddler tools for success!
Your in home session with kiddos over 2 will include hands-on learning tools and a variety of activities and communication examples. The consultant will get on their level and introduce emotion regulation practices that just feel like fun! Sleep Logging and Access to Consultant for 1 Month
Think of me as an on-call professional sleep support who also knows exactly what your child’s typical routine looks like, the goals you had that day for sleep learning practice, and what you have already tried.
Google doesn’t know what happens at daycare naps (I hope). The advice your well-meaning friends and family give have their own perspective and experiences. And they want to respect your feelings too!
I may prompt you with options for how to address a situation, or offer tips for navigating a refused nap. I may just been a friendly reminder that holds you accountable to reach the end of sleep training with less stress.
You aren’t alone!
Check out some real examples of texts I get from clients during our support service:
"Wondering what a good plan is for when we have play group at 9:30 which is right when she should be sleeping..."
“She dozed off in the car for about 10 minutes, what should I do?"
“___ woke up late (7:45ish) and her more recent nap looks like it’ll be ending in like 15-20 min. Should we still aim for a catnap or put her down early?”
”Nana said naptime was tough today, I think he was overtired. Should we have tried earlier?”
“Just got ___ to sleep without any back rubbing! I think we are ready to move to the check ins tomorrow…I’m nervous but he’s seeming ready.”
Final Send-off Email For Smooth Transitions
